Cadrage Strat\u00e9gique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une d\u00e9marche part d\u2019une demande, d\u2019un besoin, qui s\u2019inscrit dans un \u00ab&nbsp;tout&nbsp;\u00bb en \u00e9volution. Nous explorons la g\u00e9ographie des enjeux signifiants pour cette d\u00e9marche pour parvenir \u00e0 une repr\u00e9sentation partag\u00e9e sur laquelle le ou les commanditaires et les facilitateurs vont exprimer leurs intentions, leur ambition, leurs objectifs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette clart\u00e9, peut se d\u00e9finir une v\u00e9ritable intelligence de l\u2019engagement, la d\u00e9finition en contexte, une architecture de d\u00e9marche avec ses \u00e9tapes et leurs conditions de r\u00e9ussite. Activation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La facilitation strat\u00e9gique devient pleinement une d\u00e9marche quand un collectif d\u2019acteurs pertinent se mobilise sur des enjeux et des actions par un parcours de questionnement. Les activit\u00e9s, les s\u00e9quences, ont pour finalit\u00e9 de mettre en mouvement le syst\u00e8me sur ses diff\u00e9rents challenges.
